About georgiebc

This is a place for young people or people who are not necessarily that into current world events, to get a quick overview of what is going on and what it all means. For those that wish more depth, I will be adding topics as news develops and I have time. We are at the beginning of a huge stateless war, the military industrial complex against the anonymous cloud. This is part of the conversation.

Great, I like them a lot :) . Will use on FB among other places.
How about a few more that would perhaps work better for t-shirt print also?

  2. Sidhe says:

These are very nice! Linking to them now.

  3. xdiesp says:

    It starts:
“Informal discussions have already taken place between US and Swedish officials over the possibility of the WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange being delivered into American custody, according to diplomatic sources.”

The graphics are good but I think someone needs to make a proper flag. Like white background and the hourglass plain colour.

    Good Stuff!
I like a lot of them, keep em coming!

I noticed just now the shitstorm about the ghoul directory. Not that I expect high level school institutions to be any more of masonry lodges.

Something awful you should give a thought on your blog: they keep blurbing out that Assange and Ellsberg are so different. How can they, honestly speaking, when Ellsberg is telling their face it’s not night and day? Beats me.

    • georgiebc says:

“I noticed just now the shitstorm about the ghoul directory.” Do you mean you just read it? Or someone else’s reaction?

Ellsberg is pretty much devoting all of his time to that topic right now, but I’ll keep it in mind. Thanks for the suggestion.

  7. K-2 says:

    Bah, double post sorry!
I half assedly put this together this if you would like to add it, since your image is in it!

    • xdiesp says:

It’s flawlessly executed, but I would prefer it less dark and more optimist. Maybe wishful thinking from these days.

    • georgiebc says:

That is wonderful. I need to try to get these files back in Dali quality, thanks for reminding me.

And thanks, but it’s not mine, they are from the amazing Dali.

  8. xdiesp says:

An italian leftist newspaper asks his readers to sign up its petition to free Assange. It is the only initiative of this kind in the country, hence a must for every italian WL supporter. Other than that, the it government remains disgunstingly servile to the americans.

    • georgiebc says:

Thanks xdiesp, I’ve linked to that at WLCentral under the Action tab. If anyone knows of any other rallies, petitions, etc., please post and we’ll put them up.

  9. xdiesp says:

This one from the Time comments, I just like it so much:

“There are Some Things Money Can’t Buy. For Everything Else, there’s HTTP Error 408 Request Timeout”

  10. jj22 says:

    off topic but important

since i am completely useless on tweets can we set up alternative funding arrangements for wikileaks via avaaz and anyone “trustworthy” with wikileaks “integrity seal of approval”

in other words if other websites and enough of them set up this we can easily get round the whole mastercard/visa/paypal blockade

  11. jj22 says:

so basically other websites offer to “channel” the funding to wikileaks. like mirrors if enough “reputable” sites do this they will not be able to block the funding.

    • georgiebc says:

Hi jj22, thanks for thinking about it, there are actually a lot of alternatives that are going ahead and a lot more on stand by. They can’t stop funding to wikileaks, they can’t even slow it.

  12. xdiesp says:

Hey georgiebc, a local artist came up with a couple designs for WL flags:

WL white and UN blue. Can be downloaded in the same PDF.

  13. clownius says:

Thanks heaps for the graphics mate. Proudly displaying them at Protests in Sydney.

  14. Um, this artwork is amazing. I would love to post some of my own WL artwork somewhere where it can potentially be useful. I wish they had an area on the main wikileaks website/ wikileaks central where people can post and share relevant artwork or writing pieces. I think this would be a great way for people (anyone) to volunteer their services (in whatever area they have talent) in ways other than donating money. Reason i say this is that i would like to be able to help in a more meaningful way; as i imagine others would. Also because i have very little money, but plenty of time to help out this cause in whatever way i am most capable.
